The Owner holds the ultimate responsibility for the success and direction of 5T Beauty Academy. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making to ensure the academy operates effectively, achieves its goals, and maintains a positive reputation in the beauty education industry.

1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and oversee the vision, mission, and long-term goals of the academy.
- Develop business strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, new programs, or services to enhance the academy’s offerings.
2. Operational Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from course delivery to administrative functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments, such as student enrollment, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Financial Oversight
- Manage the academy’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Approve significant expenditures and investments, such as marketing campaigns, facility upgrades, or new equipment.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, and financial reporting processes.
4. Team Leadership and Development
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, including instructors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
