1. Welcoming Guests
- Greet students, clients, and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Answer inquiries about the academy’s programs, services, and policies.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
2. Managing Communication
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, or meetings for staff and clients.
- Maintain a log of inquiries and follow up promptly when necessary.
3. Administrative Tasks
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, appointments, and daily transactions.

- Help students book classes, workshops, or makeup sessions.
- Work with staff to schedule meetings, events, or training sessions.

7. Cash Handling and Transactions

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each day.
8. Supporting Staff and Management
