A Substitute Teacher at 5T Beauty Academy is responsible for filling in for regular instructors when they are unavailable due to illness, personal reasons, or other absences. They ensure the continuity of education by following lesson plans, maintaining student engagement, and upholding the academy’s teaching standards.

1. Support When the Main Teacher is Absent

• Conduct lessons in place of the main teacher when they are unavailable (due to leave, personal commitments, or emergencies).
• Maintain close communication with the main teacher to understand the teaching content and lesson plans.

2. Implement Existing Curriculum

• Follow the planned curriculum strictly.
• Ensure that students learn the correct content and practice the proper techniques (such as nail care, skincare, makeup, or other beauty services).

3. Ensure Quality of Learning

• Observe and assist students during practical sessions.
• Answer questions and address student concerns related to the lesson content.
• Provide preliminary evaluations of student performance when necessary.

4. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Manage time and ensure lessons progress efficiently during class sessions.

5. Report Outcomes

• Provide updates to the main teacher or training manager about class progress, student performance, and any arising issues.
• Suggest solutions, if necessary, to improve teaching quality.
