Professional Makeup
Learn how to match skin tones, apply day/evening/event makeup, and create flawless results for bridal, photoshoots, or special occasions using professional techniques.
Lash Extensions
Apply individual or cluster lashes safely and beautifully to enhance the eyes. You’ll practice isolation, mapping, adhesive control, and lash design styling.
Lash & Brow Tinting
Safely color lashes and brows to create natural enhancement without mascara. Learn how to choose the right shade and apply tint with precision.
Eyebrow Lamination

No — in North Carolina and most U.S. states, you are not legally allowed to perform facials, waxing, lash extensions, or any skincare services without a license from the state board.

To become a licensed esthetician in NC, you must:
Complete a 600-hour esthetics program at an approved school (like 5T)
Pass the Theory Exam (written test)
Pass the Practical Exam (hands-on demonstration)
Once you pass both, you’ll receive your NC Esthetic License and can start working legally.

Yes. As soon as you complete the 600 hours and meet graduation requirements, 5T will certify you so you can register with the NC State Board and take both exams.
